Best Crystals for Your Infertility Journey

I’ll admit I am not the hugest crystal person out there, but my mother-in-law is, so I have a small collection of them. She gave us a beautiful Rose Quartz crystal when we were trying to conceive, and I thought it was a sweet and meaningful gift. I also know that going through the TTC journey means we are willing to follow all the superstitions and do whatever it takes to be blessed with our little miracles! So I thought it would be fun to share some crystals you can carry that help with infertility!

Moonstone

“Every crystal oscillates vibrational frequencies and the moonstone is also one of them. It is a crystal known to help fertility and pregnancy. Referred to as a woman’s healing stone, it helps balance hormones and female cycles… Since Moonstone is considered the stone of love and eroticism, it is the ultimate fertility crystal. It helps stimulate the kundalini energy which is a form of primal energy located at the base of the spine. It also turns on the carnal desires, so if you and your partners are looking to get pregnant, this rock is great to have around. During lovemaking, you can wear a Moonstone necklace or bracelet or keep one of these crystals under the bed. If there is a full moon, even better.“ - Mystic Self

Rose Quartz

“Self-compassion and loving yourself is vital for reducing any stress, guilt, or anxiety that can be built up if you don’t conceive as soon as you’d thought. The soft feminine energy of Rose Quartz will help you open the heart chakra to all forms of love, and will soothe away your worries about pregnancy. Rose Quartz is believed to remove fears, resentments and anger and is considered a powerful stone for fertility, conception and pregnancy. Rose Quarts can help you release negative emotions, heal emotional wounds, soothe a broken heart and build self-esteem.” - Japa Mala Beads

Aquamarine Crystal for Infertility

Aquamarine

“Aquamarine is known for its ability to clear the mind, aid creativity, and balance emotions. This soothing stone enhances meditation by promoting calmness, peace, inspiration, and love. It has also been used to discourage miscarriages.” - Japa Mala Beads

Green Aventurine

“Among the best crystals for fertility and pregnancy is green aventurine, which has energetic properties that, along with elements of prosperity, luck, and success, foster trust and harmony. It can also help you work through lingering emotional issues that could trigger a block of energy. In your meditation practice, you can take a piece of green aventurine with you to intensify your intention.” - mycrystals.com

Green Jade Crystals for Infertility

Green Jade

“Green Jade is regarded as harmonyʻs lucky charm and protector. As you try to conceive, things can get a little crazy and stressful. The energy that jade nurtures helps to bring back balance and love by releasing pent-up feelings that can create an energy barrier. The outcome is that jade can make you feel less anxious and more confident and enjoy the process in general. It is also believed to be suitable for rebuilding the pelvis region, providing the organs with more blood circulation and oxygen. Merely holding the green jade makes it possible for you to absorb its marvelous energies. Place in your pocket a palm stone so you can keep touching it all day long.

Carnelian

According to consciousitems.com, “The big daddy of fertility crystals, Carnelian is widely regarded as the best stone for pregnancy. It stimulates the sacral chakra, stirring the energy of the reproductive organs. If you’re trying to conceive, Carnelian can help remove energy blocks in this region. It even activates the kundalini energy coiled at the base of the spine, divine energy associated with feminine power. Carnelian balances your hormones, making it a great stone for stability. It calms mood swings and reduces levels of irritation. Its work in the reproductive area can stimulate your sexuality, making you more likely to conceive, especially when timed to align with your menstrual cycle.”
